Victims of crime may be eligible for financial assistance for certain expenses (such as medical, counseling, relocation, or loss of support) if the crime occurred in Pennsylvania AND the crime was reported to law enforcement or a PFA was filed.  Contact your local domestic violence agency, crime victim resource center, or District Attorney for more information.

Eligibility Requirements

NPLS offers representation for those who cannot afford it.

In order to qualify for free legal services, your household income must meet requirements based on the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.

Available services vary by county.
