NPLS Fair Housing Month CLE - An Overview of the PHRC and the Path of a PHRC Complaint
Join North Penn Legal Services during Fair Housing Awareness Month for an overview of the role of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission in addressing housing discrimination. This year we have the opportunity to learn from Heather Roth, Regional Director for the PHRC Harrisburg region. Ms. Roth will review the elements needed to prove a housing discrimination claim under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. She will also provide an in-depth explanation of the life of a housing discrimination claim, from filing to resolution.
