John J. McGovern, Jr. provides legal representation for Estate Planning and Administration, Tax Controversies and Preparation, Securities Litigation and Arbitration, and other matters. His professional career as a CPA and Attorney spans nearly 30 years, starting as a Special Agent in the Criminal Investigation Division of the Internal Revenue Service. He has been sole-proprietor of his firm since 2004. John currently serves as Treasurer of the NPLS Board of Directors.
John received his B.A. in Accounting from Holy Family University and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
