This CLE session equips legal practitioners with the skills needed to produce clear, enforceable, and fair lease agreements that minimize potential disputes and legal challenges.

Stephanie Wolak-Fleming, Esq.

Stephanie Wolak-Fleming, Esq. represents Tioga, Lycoming, and Clinton county clients in variety of civil cases at both magisterial district justice court and court of common pleas levels in matters relating to housing, consumer, and family law. Stephanie received her B.A. from University at Albany and her J.D. from Duquesne School of Law where she was presented Duquesne's Law School Mission Award upon graduation. She is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania.

After graduating from law school, Stephen and his family moved to North Carolina where he practiced for a mid-sized general practice law firm. In 2018, he and his family returned to Northeastern Pennsylvania where he grew up and he immediately joined North Penn Legal Services as a full-time attorney.
Stephen received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2015 and his B.A. from the University of Scranton.
